I’m desperately in need for some nautical retail therapy.I’ve sailed the seven seas of the internet for something new.
It’s spring, so time to check in with Stubbs and Wootton for whimsy.
They’ve dramatically changed their website design! Very nice.
Love the nautical looks they’ve got going on this season. 
Pearl clusters. How did that get in there?They found my Achilles’ heel. Shoe joke.

I’ve already been thinking about summer and I’m not opposed to a stay-cation but with a slight change of scenery.
I’m craving a beach house if only for a week on Balboa Island.

Balboa is not for the claustrophobic as tiny 1920’s and 30’s bungalows mix with newly constructed multi-storied homes built on the bungalow lots. These homes line narrow one-way streets and have a quaint charm with banners and flags flying and are steps away from the harbor with a walking path that circles the island.

All soo cute. I got lucky last year got to take advantage of a big end of season sale at Stubbs and got 3 pair end of summer all brand new and waiting to be worn (IF summer ever comes that is) love the bangles…adorable!

Such pretty things! I am ready for summer, but not sure I’m ready for no school. It makes for some long days entertaining two young ones.

My first born will leave for college in August and I’m not dealing with it too well. Still have a daughter in college for a few years. You make the “empty nest” look bearable. Today our temps will FINALLY be close to Spring after very chilly temps this past week. On Monday we may even hit the 80s. I love this time of year (and I love your choices, especially the pearl cluster shoes).

I am not a big nautical person but my husband is a major prepster. Summered in Maine, grew up in Boston…spent every August in Nantucket with his grandparents…so its in his blood..haha. He loves all that stuff, it is pretty cute will admit and Stubbs and Wooton does a fun twist on a lot of classics which I like.
